Navigating the treacherous world of Yaesha in Remnant 2 leads players through dense jungles, deadly traps, and intricate subterranean tombs. Among the most notorious locations in this realm is The Lament, a side dungeon heavily focused on environmental puzzles and hidden pathways. Mastering this complex location allows adventurers to secure unique equipment, powerful rings, and valuable secrets.

Where to Find The Lament in Yaesha

The Lament randomly generates as an optional side dungeon while exploring the floating islands and overgrown ruins of Yaesha. Players will know they have arrived when encountering narrow stone corridors filled with instant-kill arrow traps. Navigating these deadly hallway hazards requires carefully timed dodges, crouching, and vaulting over short stone barriers.

How to Solve the Dial Symbol Puzzle

Deep within the dungeon lies a central chamber with a large plinth dial surrounded by shrouded mummies. To unlock the door, players must inspect a nearby journal resting next to a skeleton at the end of the room. The first page displays a distinct colored crest that corresponds to specific blankets draped over the surrounding corpses.

By matching the blanket pattern from the book to four individual bodies, you can identify four specific symbols carved above them. Head up to the dial wheel and rotate the rings so all four symbols line up at the top position. Activating the plinth with these symbols unlocks the main door, rewarding you with access to valuable loot and progression paths.

Cross the Floating Invisible Bridges

Further along the path, players encounter a vast chasm filled with floating stone pillars. Crossing safely requires discovering an invisible bridge that spans the gap between specific platforms. Aiming your weapon at the ground reveals subtle ripple effects where the hidden floor exists. Alternatively, throwing weapons or shooting bullets reveals solid surfaces when projectiles hit the invisible bridge.

Unlocking Kolket's Secret Door and Armor

Defeating the mini-boss named Wither inside one of the coffins awards you Kolket's Razor. Inspecting this item closely in your inventory allows you to interact with it, converting it into Kolket's Key. Using this key across the chasm opens a locked door that conceals the Ring of Diversion and the Lodestone Crown.

Additionally, persistent explorers can uncover secret crawlspaces behind breakable pots in the lower corridors. Navigating past vertical saw blades leads directly to the coffin containing the Red Widow armor set. Taking the time to explore every corner guarantees you leave The Lament fully rewarded.
